We are using another application to register research subjects. We are using the API to automatically pull participants from OnCore into OpenSpecimen. If a subject has more than one race listed in the external database, we are unable to register a participant onto a collection protocol in OpenSpecimen. Has anyone one else encountered this issue and resolved the intake issue? Many thanks!
