    Q1: It is possible to customize the UI and make it work only after login?
    Sri: Yes it is possible to do it as part of the support contract.

    Q2: We also need to configure/add more  categories in the search list of bioport. 
    Sri: We can add this easily, there is documentation in Confluence as well as we can conduct a training session.

    Q3: Does bioport only count the specimens/participant which are in the active
    status?  For the disposed or closed specimens, does bioport include them into the count?
    Sri: It includes all specimens that are not “disabled”.
