My user keeps getting the error, “No containers match search criteria to store specimen” when attempting to store an aliquot. There are containers available. I know this because I can log in and it gives me all the available containers. Her user permissions are correct. She is listed as Tissue Banker on the study. I cannot figure why she is getting this error. Please help. Thanks.
Is Store Specimens checked in the setup of the container? Are there collection protocol or specimen type restrictions on the container? Those two things trip me up sometimes.
