Until now custom forms could be added or edited only by super admins. This was very restrictive for large installations where there are many groups using the same instance. The super admin would have to create or modify form for everyone.
Starting v3.2, the super admin can delegate this privilege to other users. Any user with this privilege can manage forms for the collection protocols they are part of.
New feature coming up in v3.3:
Assign a custom form to be displayed as part of the main screen at the protocol level. E.g. add a new field that should be displayed within the main participant page itself. This will also automatically update the BO templates for that protocol.
