    Query aggregate only

    Hi,

    We are wondering is it possible to give collaborators access to the query builder but only allow them to view aggregate data (no details on individual participants or samples).

    For example, collaborator can use the query builder to search the database for available samples on patients with disease A and collection protocol registration date between year 2013-2015. However, he/she will not have permission to view the individual record - he/she can only view how many samples from how many participants are available in our bank.

    Is this possible?

    @Samuel_Leung That sounds like a good idea but is not supported now. What you can do as of now is to create a specimen catalog with the summary query you want and share with the researchers. Note that catalogs are visible to non-logged in users too.
