Tracking Discrepancies/Specimen Damage After Distribution

Hi everyone,

We are wondering how other centers keep track of comments related to an order after a distribution has occurred (e.g. discrepancies between the manifest and the actual shipment, specimen damage during shipping, etc). It seems that once an order has been distributed you are unable to edit any details of that order, which makes it difficult to make comments about that distribution later.

Any input is appreciated!

From v7.1, it is possible to edit an order in the executed state.
