When attempting to ship samples from a one side to another side that has not been added to the collection protocol only the following generic error message is shown.
Specimens >actual label< cannot be stored at site >site name<. Contact administrator for help. (SHIPMENT_CANNOT_STORE_SPMN_AT_RECV_SITE)
A more detailed error message informing the user that the receiving site does not participate in the respective collection protocol would be very help.
