    Hi @diya_any,

    Unable to open file (**${**D:\OpenSpecimen_v1.1_Installable_RC\Permissible_values\CATISSUE_PERMISSIBLE_VALUE.ctl)

    The path is incorrect, path contains “${”, please remove this and try.

    Thanks for your response Nitesh. After correcting the path here is another error message.
    SQLLoader-500: Unable to open file (D:\OpenSpecimen_v1.1_Installable_RC1}\SQL\P
    ermissible_values\CATISSUE_PERMISSIBLE_VALUE.ctl)
    SQL    Loader-553: file not found
    SQL*Loader-509: System error: The system cannot find the file specified. ( Fixed the typo)

    after correcting the file path. I can access the values from drop-down list.
