Since we upgraded to OpenSpecimen Version 4.2.2 we are not able to register a participant to different MRN sites as it was possible before.
Now in the “Register participant” form, the dropdownbox “Site” only shows one site (the one of the current user), before in this dropdown-box we could select all 5 of our sites, which were assigned to the CP, therefore it is not possible to assign multiple MRN sites to one participant, since we can only select one from the dropdownbox.
Note:
- ‘Site based Participant Access’ was enabled before and now too
- If the participant data is updated via csv-file Import by the same user, this way a second MRN site can be assigned to the participant ! …and users at the other site can see and edit the participant.
