  • Unlocking Inactive Users

When a user account is locked due to inactivity and you then unlock the account, can this also reset the days they have been inactive back to zero. At the moment if you unlock the account and the user doesn’t login on the same day, OpenSpecimen does its inactive users check and locks the account again.

Also it would be useful if the users list page visually displays if the user is locked.

    Hi @Matthew_Lyon,

To reset the inactivity period after account unlocked is already fixed in v3.4.1, please refer OPSMN-3625. Can you confirm which version are you using?

From v4.0, you can search for users with locked status. See below screenshot:

On selecting ‘Locked’ option user will be able to view the list of locked users. Please refer OPSMN-3696 for more details.

    Thanks,
    Shraddha

Thanks Shraddha. We are planning to upgrade to 4.2 when its released. Handy to know this has been resolved.
