Can the OpenSpecimen Community Edition deal with anonymized data without the ‘BioPort’ module?
The application can be used without the ‘Public DeID Data Portal’. You can create users(with Scientist or Technician kind of roles) who will have access to only anonymized data in OpenSpecimen. ‘Public DeID Data Portal’ or ‘BioPort’ is a separate plugin which can be used as portal to display biobank summary data to researchers without logging in to OpenSpecimen
