Is it possible to set default values for forms? For example, I have a form for Yes/No for various medical conditions. Majority of the time, the values are “No”. Is it possible to default them as “No”, to save the data entry staff some clicks?

Yes, there is a way to set the default value in the custom form itself. Please see the below screenshot and select the default value in the form.
