    Cohort Field at Participant level

    Dear Krishagi,

    The Cohort field is currently an option at the Visit level. Would you consider having it at the Participant level? This would reflect grouping of participants within a study.

    Hi @SC.lab.email,

    Is this for grouping the participant of a collection protocol under specific sub study like arms or phases, wouldn’t this still be a visit level field? We do not have plan to add another Cohort field at participant level. If it is really required, you can use custom forms to add this as custom field at participant level.     It is for grouping participants that have scheduled visits. It would make more sense to have the Cohort field at the participant level, otherwise the Cohort will have be entered in for every single visit. This is time consuming, therefore we do not use it despite our studies having different cohorts.
