Workflows can vary across institutions (and between labs) for provisioning new users, though would it be possible to have the option to add a new Site when creating a new User, and to indicate that new User as Site Coordinator? This would be particularly helpful when setting up new Sites and new Users for that Site. It has been handy to be able to add a new Department, Institution, and Cancer Research Group from the User Details screen; being able to create a new Site from this screen would also be helpful.

Note that cancer research group is not in v2.0 any more.
