Custom Form Attachment Permission

According to the Doc, institute administrator should be able to manage forms:

But we are getting errors when the institute administrator is attempting to attach a custom form:

“User does not have sufficient rights” (RBAC_ACCESS_DENIED)

Is there a setting I am missing somewhere?

Hi @shlfung,

Are you trying to attach the custom form at ‘Participant’ level? Only super admin has access to do this as it will be global form attached to all protocols. The bug for the same has been logged ‘Custom forms: ‘Participant’ level should not be visible for non super admin’ and will be fixed in next version.
