Using the Survey module, you can email participant/visit forms, questionnaires, and consent documents directly to participants by using the Survey Feature.

- No Login Needed: Participants just need to open a link in their email and fill out the form
- Zero Manual Entry: Responses are automatically saved in OpenSpecimen.
- Reminders and Expiry Date: Set reminders and expiration dates for survey links.
- Bulk Sending: Send surveys to one person or thousands at once
- Reporting: Create reports via the OpenSpecimen Query module.
