    Hello,

    I followed all the directions that are in the documentation for emails but I am getting the error message saying “Due to some error, the password was not sent. Please try again later.”

    Hello Diya,

    I got the same problem several months ago and cannot remember what I did to fix it. I have to check my notes. Can you check something for me, what is the port number for the email? You can check it at the OS property file.

    If you can share your OS property file with me and I will compare it to mine. I remember it was a change in the property file but can’t remember what.

    I think I remember now, set this one property: email.sendEmailFrom.emailPassword= to “empty”; do not put any value next to it, although this is not mentioned in the documentation. This did the trick for me, then re-start Jobss, I think should work for you.
