We’ve recently been looking into the UI changes introduced in v12.1, and I wanted to check in with the community to see if others have had similar experiences. We are upgrading from v9.1
Specifically:
- UI/UX Feedback: Have your users raised specific complaints regarding the new layout or interface changes in this version?
- Customization: Has anyone successfully implemented layout changes to mitigate these issues?
- Role-Based Views: Have you explored hiding specific UI elements or fields based on user roles to simplify the interface?
We’re curious to know how you’ve dealt with these transitions and if there are any “lessons learned” or configuration tips you’d be willing to share.
