    Forgot Password Link/Feature

    Hi Sri, Poornima,

    After installing caTissue Plus, I tried the Forgot Password Link and got this error message: " Due to some error, the password was not sent, Please try again later".

    Moreover I see that the “forgot.password.enabled” is set to true in the caTissueInstall.properties file.

    One more question, in the old caTissue 1.2 I could use the site to set up the password to the new user. I did submit and approve a new user, but am not sure about setting the new user with a password?

    Hi Nadia,

    Please refer to FAQ - https://catissueplus.atlassian.net/wiki/x/SICxAQ to make Forgot Password feature work.

    As an admin if you want to set up password, you can do it via Administration->User->Edit.

    Thanks for the response back.

    The Forgot Password link/feature is still now working. I followed all the directions that are there in the link that you sent me and I am still getting that message:
    Due to some error, the password was not sent. Please try again later.

    Please advice.
