  • Forms: Enable Branching Within Permissable Value

    Hello,

I’m very new to Open Specimen and I’m looking to create a branching feature within a form. For instance, when logging a specimen and selecting a specific diagnosis like EOE through a custom form, I would like it to automatically to pull up another form containing information for EREF scores, peripheral eosinophil lab counts, and serum IgE antibody values that I can record.

Is there a way that I can set up my forms in an “If option 1 is selected… then fill out these additional forms” format? Or in other words, creating values within the values of one form?

As I stated, I’m very new and learning mostly through trial and error. Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks.
