I am a novice OS user so I am sorry if I don’t explain my issue well. Recently I noticed a change in the details being displayed on the homepage of one of my CPs. One section of the participant form has an option to set what group the sample belongs to. Originally when we set the form up there were only three groups (A, B and C). Around end of last year, we added to more groups to the form (D and TGA), and it seems like from this time moving forward when entering new samples into the CP, the groups no longer show up on the main page of participants or in the search function, instead everything is defined as ‘not specified’. All groups show up on the form when entering new participants, and even though on the main page it says ‘not specified’, when you click into the participant form the correct group has been entered and is there.
Does anyone know what the issue may be? This is causing a headache as this is one of the parameters we require when sorting and searching for samples.
I checked the json file and the form name for this section is ambiguous so it’s not linking to the wrong form.
