How to create a new shelf by duplicating another shelf in the a container

I have a container which contains 3 shelves currently. How could I add a new shelf to this container by duplicating the third shelf of the container?

You should be able to edit the parent container to allow an additional shelf. Then there should be an empty slot with a + to add the third shelf. If you want to clone it, you can make container types for the shelf, racks and boxes and add a hierarchy or you can export to Excel and copy things there and bulk import the new shelf with its racks and boxes.
