Are any other admin having issues accessing Import Jobs? The records are there, but files as recent as October are not accessible. I haven’t received any updates via email from the system that there is an issue and reported to OpenSpecimen via Jira.
Happens with both Chrome and Edge browsers.

Same here. I believe the reports are only available for download for ~30 days from import.

Hi @Sean_Stacey,
Yes, that is correct! You need to update Settings → Log File’s Retain Period to ensure your bulk import file remains available for download. We are planning to update this setting in a future version so that bulk import files will remain available for download.
