Hi, i am unable to login using my user name and password in the LIMS live version.

is it related to the open specimen new version thats being deployed at NCBS currently?
If none of the users like Syama are not able to login, then it might be related to the version upgrade being done.
If it is just problem with your account, try resetting your password from the login screen - Forgot password. You will get a link to reset password in your email.
if the problem is with deployment, without more details like error logs we will not be able to comment about the issue.
