New feature in v6.1 - Query for next date range

From v6.1 OpenSpecimen supports query for future date range e.g. next_qtr, next_month, next_week, etc.

This is useful to search the records for future dates.

E.g.

1. Re-consenting: Minor participants who are going to turn major in the next 90 days
2. Upcoming visits: Visits planned for next week or next month

Importantly, such queries can be scheduled to be run automatically using the “Schedule query” feature.
