Catalogs may include specimens from multiple studies managed by different groups. Previously, request managers were assigned centrally, forcing them to split requests and coordinate with individual lab managers internally.
With Request Manager Groups (RMG):
- Requests auto-split based on RMGs configured at the CP or CP Group level.
- Study PIs and coordinators independently review, approve, process, and ship their specimens.
