Currently, all custom forms are displayed for all collection protocol events and specimens. To improve ease of use and reduce errors, it should be possible to hide forms that are not relevant for a particular scenario.
For example:
- Display “Tissue Review Event” only for tissue specimens
- Display “Breast Pathology Annotation form” only if anatomic site is “Breast”
- Display “Screening form” only for “Screening” visit
- Display “Consent forms” only for “Consent Collector” role
From v7.0, the users will be able to hide/show custom forms based on rules defined in the JSON.
