Earlier, the homepage was not customizable. To find the desired object, you had to navigate the menu cards and scroll through the list views.
OpenSpecimen now supports a widget-based homepage with quick access links to most objects to reduce the clicks and page loads.
Starting v8.0, you can:
- Customize the homepage with “quick access” widgets.
- Set favorites to be displayed at the top within the lists
- Search and go to the object of interest directly from the home page
