No, it’s free and open for all. No login/password needed.
Why is this done?
Assuming that the AI chatbot gives you good quality replies, you can resolve support queries in seconds rather than logging a support ticket and waiting for a response.
What if we don’t get a satisfactory reply?
You can refer to the user manual or log a support ticket. Buttons are provided to do both.
What is the source of these answers?
The OpenSpecimen user manual pages (Confluence) are the feedback to this AI portal. New or updated pages will be synced nightly to ensure the AI Chatbot data is up-to-date.
This is an experiment with the hope that the AI Chatbot can resolve at least 50% of the tickets. This way, users can get instant resolutions to their questions, and we get fewer tickets!
