What is new in v2.4?
Card view replaced with Grid view
This was one of the most sought about feature by most adopters. Now all objects are displayed in a “grid”. Filters help to look for objects of interest quickly.
System configuration settings via user interface
Now super admin can change system configuration via user interface and it’s applied immediately. No contacting system admin. No need to access the server directly. No application restart.
Improvements in Distribution Protocol
View summary of specimens distributed over period of time. Define “specimen requirements” per distribution protocol.
Add custom fields for Site and Protocol
These fields will be displayed as normal fields within the main page. This will enable adopters to collect any additional information at site or protocol level.
Show custom fields within main page for Participant, SCG & Specimen
This is useful when you have very few custom fields, say less than 5. Will save lot of clicks, page loads and data entry time.
