Finally there is an option to delete unwanted collection protocols with all its related data (like participant, visits, specimens etc) in OpenSpecimen v3.2.
Will it be deleted from the database?
No, it just disappears from the user interface. This is how all “deletes” work in OS. The data is still present in the database for audit and regulatory compliance. It is just marked as “disabled” and will never appear in the user interface again.
Who can do it?
Anyone with “delete collection protocol” privilege can do it.
