    Printing Error "SPECIMEN_PRINT_ERROR"

    I recently successfully printed labels for a specimen in OpenSpecimen. However, when I went to reprint the labels, I received the following error:

    No labels were printed either because print rules are not configured or none of the selected specimens matched any of the print rules. (SPECIMEN_PRINT_ERROR)

    Does anyone know why this error would appear even though I was previously able to print the labels for the same specimen?

    I am also unable to locate the “Print Rules” settings in OpenSpecimen v10.3.1.RC5. Is there a specific location where I should be looking, or does accessing/configuring Print Rules require a certain level of permissions?

    Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

    @Erica_Browne

    Please report this to your OpenSpecimen administrator, since it involves debugging your configurations. If they can’t figure it out, they will log a support ticket.

    In v10.x, the print rules are available only for super admins. After v12.1, they’re available to non-super admins too.

    Thanks,
