    What privileges are needed to create Freezer Maintenance Tasks?

    As a full adminstrator I can see the the Create button under task within the Container screen, but a user who’s role is an Institute Administrator for all protocols within their site can not.

    Hi @John_Reber,

    You will require a super admin privilege to create maintenance tasks. These tasks are present across the system.
    However, any user with the privilege to add and update containers can use these created tasks to schedule a maintenance activity of their container.

    I created the Container Tasks and the user is now able to schedule them.

    Hey Sri,

    1. Defrost and cleaning
    2. Battery change
    3. Preventative maintenance
    4. Temperature mapping

    I believe Danielle will be scheduling them.
