recently we weren’t able to login to openspecimen, after restarting the server, tomcat is working but none of its project pages (such as /openspecimen) are working, giving us a “The requested resource (/openspecimen/) is not available.”, can you help us with this issue?

It is hard to know the issue you are facing without the log file.
Can you please provide us tomcat log file present at {tomcat_home}/logs/catalina.out location so that we can evaluate the issue?
In future whenever you face any issue, please attach latest log file.
