As a part of our ongoing efforts to improve the customer experience, we have introduced a key enhancement to the AI Helpdesk.
Previously:
When the AI Helpdesk generated responses based on a wiki page, it only displayed the text content.
Now:
If a relevant video is available, the AI helpdesk will now embed the video in its response. The video can be played directly on the same page, so users no longer need to switch tabs or open another webpage.
