I get a XssViolation page after submiting user data. It happens after updating superadmin profile or after creating a new user.
OpenSpecimen-v11-evaluation.zip and OpenSpecimen_v1.1_Installable_RC2.zip.
Both in Windows 8 or Debian Linux.

Yes, all my PCs have Spanish Windows with default Spanish locale. 
After changing the locale to English everything works. So I think that there could be a bug regarding the validator and the Spanish “ñ” character
I have to solve this because all my users have a Spanish locale in their browsers. Is there any solution to this issue?
